Marketing and Facilities Assistent page is loaded## Marketing and Facilities Assistentlocations: Campinas, Braziltime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: REQ-4618Are you passionate about **marketing, event coordination**, and supporting impactful **educational initiatives**Join our team as a **Marketing and Facilities Assistant** at our Campinas office in Brazil and play a vital role in driving our marketing and academy activities to new heights**Your Role:**In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the **Össur Brazil Academy**, from coordinating the Academy calendar and preparing course materials to arranging catering and managing logistics for presenters, customers, and patient models. You will also liaise with customers and institutions such as ABOTEC to assign and award points and support the clinician team by tracking certifications and distributing Certification Award Boxes.Your expertise in **event organization** will be crucial as you handle travel logistics, coordinate flights, accommodation, and transportation for marketing events, and ensure that display products and handout materials are prepared and distributed on time. You will work closely with the Digital MarCom Specialist to provide on-site support and assist with event logistics.Managing our **marketing B2B assets** will be another important aspect of your role. You will be responsible for revising and updating marketing materials to reflect new products or changes, managing quarterly updates to our Bracing & Supports and Prosthetic catalogues, and collaborating with stakeholders to develop new assets based on event requirements or market needs. You will also coordinate branding initiatives.**Facility coordination** is also part of your daily activities.
