ServiceNow Architect Position We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Enterprise Architect to join our global organization. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-impact initiative within an international environment, offering competitive compensation and the chance to collaborate with diverse technical teams. Key Responsibilities Configure and enhance ServiceNow Application Portfolio Management (APM) to manage application and technology portfolios effectively. Align APM with Cloud Services Delivery Model (CSDM) standards and support accurate service mapping and application service configuration. Utilize ServiceNow Asset Management (SAM) and Discovery data to enrich application metadata and strengthen service maps. Provide visibility into technical debt and contribute to roadmap planning for leadership. Support the latest ServiceNow upgrade and ensure smooth module compatibility. Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of overall IT experience, including strong enterprise-level exposure. 4–5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow APM. Proven background with ServiceNow SAM and Discovery modules. Expertise configuring Application Services and building Service Maps. Experience working with the latest ServiceNow release / upgrade.
