ServiceNow Technical Expert This role is instrumental in shaping and evolving ServiceNow as the core IT platform for our organization. Make key architectural decisions for ServiceNow configuration and development. Lead and oversee external partners responsible for ServiceNow development and application management. Perform configuration, development, and administration tasks within ServiceNow. This entails: Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic roadmaps and project scopes. Investigating and advising on module usage, integrations, and platform capabilities across various service areas. Representing our organization as a subject matter expert in cross-functional meetings and initiatives. Key Expectations: Prioritize out-of-the-box functionality and avoid custom development unless justified by business case or technical requirements. Adhere to ServiceNow best practices to ensure scalability, maintainability, and minimal technical debt. Demonstrate proactive problem-solving and consultative guidance across modules.
