As part of our continuous growth, we are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant with strong expertise in Global Transaction Banking (GTB) to join our team in São Paulo (Hybrid model). What You’ll Do Lead gap analysis, requirements gathering, and validation to define practical solutions and perform comparative assessments with a strategic focus on Global Transaction Banking (GTB). Drive and support initiatives in: Trade Finance & Working Capital (Documentary Trade, Factoring / Receivables Finance, Supply Chain Finance / Confirming, Export & Agency Finance, Structured Trade). Cash Management (cash pooling, sweeping, virtual accounts, liquidity dashboards). Plan, oversee, and coordinate project deliverables within defined time and cost parameters. Prepare and deliver project reporting to senior management through presentations and executive updates. Coordinate workshops and meetings with internal and external stakeholders for strategic alignment and requirements validation. Define and execute testing initiatives in collaboration with IT teams. Ensure alignment and coordination between Business, IT, Operations, Risk, and other stakeholders to meet client needs. Support change management and successful adoption of new systems or processes. Must-Have Qualifications Knowledge of PIX (Brazilian instant payments): rules, reconciliation, and immediate settlement. Understanding of Brazilian regulations (BACEN: PIX, TED, DOC) and international trade finance standards. Proven experience participating in the implementation of PIX (Brazil's instant payment system), including setup, rules, reconciliation, and immediate settlement. Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial consulting, institutional or corporate banking, or related sectors. Hands‑on expertise in Global Transaction Banking (GTB) with working knowledge in at least one of the following: Trade Finance & Working Capital (Documentary Trade, Supply Chain Finance, Receivables Finance). Cash Management (payments, liquidity, pooling, virtual accounts). Proven skills in requirements gathering, senior‑level reporting, IT liaison, and testing. Familiarity with corporate banking platforms such as Finastra, Temenos, Oracle Flexcube, Kyriba, or similar. Experience with digital and API‑based GTB solutions. Fluent English (written and spoken). Nice to Have Spanish is a strong plus. Experience with ERP / Treasury Management Systems (TMS) such as SAP Treasury, Kyriba, Oracle Treasury, or Finastra. Familiarity with process automation (RPA) and liquidity dashboards (Power BI, Tableau). Experience in operational and liquidity risk management. Exposure to cross‑border payments, FX, and international trade finance projects. Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), workshop facilitation, and requirements discovery. Relevant certifications such as CPA‑20, CTP, CFA; graduate degrees (Master’s or specialization) in Finance, Economics, International Business, or Risk Management. Preferred Education Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Banking, Accounting, Engineering (Industrial, Systems, Production) – strong foundation in corporate finance, trade finance, and process optimization. Advanced education (Master’s level or specialization) highly valued: Master’s in Finance, Economics, or International Business. MBA focused on strategic management and stakeholder engagement.
