Job Title: Enterprise IT Infrastructure Specialist Job Description: This role involves designing, implementing, and supporting complex enterprise IT systems. You will work closely with modern infrastructure technologies, collaborate with internal engineering teams, and provide expert guidance to optimize IT environments. The ideal candidate is a proactive, self-driven engineer who enjoys direct client engagement and thrives in a dynamic, solution-oriented setting. Design, install, configure, and support systems technologies, including servers, storage, and Active Directory. Consult with clients on integrating new technologies into existing infrastructures. Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver tailored business solutions for critical environments. Manage and resolve client support tickets, maintaining clear communication and documentation. Track time against project agreements to ensure service efficiency and profitability. Report on project progress and participate in ongoing technical training and development. Required Skills and Qualifications: 3–4 years of experience in Systems Engineering in enterprise or managed service environments. Strong background in Microsoft 365. Proficiency with Intune and mobile device management. Solid understanding of Windows Server and desktop operating systems. Proven ability to develop and maintain detailed systems documentation. Familiarity with change management, product lifecycles, and client service best practices. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive IT strategies. Provide expert advice on infrastructure design and implementation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Ensure seamless delivery of IT services.
