Job Title: Information Technology Support Specialist About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to join our team as an advanced technical support specialist. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, Entra ID (Azure AD), and user support through ticketing systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing level 2 and level 3 support for users, resolving incidents and service requests via the ticketing system. They will also administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert technical support to users, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues efficiently. Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services, ensuring seamless operation and compliance with organizational policies. Manage user accounts, groups, and access permissions in Entra ID (Azure Active Directory). Perform basic maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of Windows and Linux servers. Document technical procedures, configurations, and solutions. Collaborate with other IT teams on escalations, system improvements, and project planning. Requirements: Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Proven experience in IT support, preferably in corporate or enterprise environments. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and Entra ID (Azure AD). Basic understanding of Windows Server and Linux environments. Basic knowledge of network concepts (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN). Experience with IT ticketing systems and customer support. Advanced English language skills. Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-900, MD-102, AZ-104). Experience with automation tools such as PowerShell or scripting.
