Business Analyst - Pleno

About the role: As a Business Analyst, this position requires a native Portuguese speaker with intermediate to advanced English skills and experience in the Life Sciences or healthcare sector. The role involves on-site work (3–5 times per week) and focuses on process improvement through app development, UI/UX expertise, and compliance validation. Key responsibilities include standardizing stakeholder processes, managing contracts and vendor documentation, ensuring data quality, and supporting Salesforce-related tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Constant mapping and opportunities for processes improvements.
  • Be able to plan and execute development tests and implement new applications (apps) assuring those improvements happen as aligned.
  • Standardized and validate (within company\'s compliance and best practices standards) all processes of stakeholders\' teams, controlling deliverables, deadlines, data quality and pipelines.
  • Contract management, registration of relevant information within client\'s information and systems.
  • Validation of vendors\' documentation hired by other areas within the company.
  • Access to market and Salesforce in a bureaucratic.
  • Active participation in alignments and meetings (according to the team\'s needs) for demands / FUPs (for both Cognizant and client\'s end).
Work model

Hybrid. We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 to 5 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in São Paulo, SP. Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance though our various wellbeing programs.

Qualifications
  • Languages: Portuguese (Native), English (intermediate to advanced).
  • Work model: 3 to 5 times / week on-site.
  • Background with Life Sciences environment (or health related attributions).
  • UI / UX experience.
