Overview Employer Industry: Higher Education Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $160,000 per year Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Supportive and collaborative work environment Chance to make a significant impact on institutional decision-making and strategic planning Leadership role in a premier R1 research university known for innovative project-based learning Commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership for university-wide accreditation and assessment processes Oversee the development and maintenance of data systems supporting external reporting and internal analytics Lead the creation of research designs and analytical plans to meet stakeholder needs Supervise and mentor team members, fostering a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement Develop and manage annual budgets for the unit, ensuring alignment with institutional priorities Qualifications Masters degree in Higher Education Administration, Educational Leadership, Statistics, Research Methods, or related field Minimum 7 years of professional experience in higher education institutional research, data analysis, or educational assessment; and a minimum of 3 years of supervisory leadership Advanced proficiency in statistical/data analysis software (e.g., SAS, R, SPSS, NVIVO) Strong project management and organizational skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with survey platforms (Qualtrics, Survey Monkey) Knowledge of SQL and data warehouse systems #HigherEducation #InstitutionalResearch #DataAnalysis #CareerOpportunity #LeadershipRole We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
