We are a U.S.-based cleaning company looking for a proactive and organized specialist to manage outbound communication, client follow‑ups, and administrative operations. The ideal candidate is a LATAM‑based professional who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent service. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to past and current clients to schedule recurring or seasonal cleaning services. Reconnect with old leads that haven’t booked or responded to prior estimates. Contact property managers, apartment complexes, and commercial prospects to arrange on‑site estimates or proposals. Leave professional voicemails and follow up via text and email when appropriate. Maintain a friendly, persuasive, and service‑oriented phone presence to strengthen client trust and loyalty. Monitor inboxes and respond promptly to client emails and messages. Keep communication organized by removing spam and maintaining clear threads. Create, edit, and send estimates and proposals for commercial and residential clients. Log all follow‑ups and updates accurately in the CRM system and track progress. Maintain performance spreadsheets and generate weekly reports. Requirements Excellent spoken and written English (clear, neutral accent preferred). Experience with CRM systems (required). Confident, friendly, and persuasive phone communication skills. Background in outbound calling, customer service, or sales support. Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking. Reliable internet connection and quiet, professional workspace. Must be based in Latin America and available to work remotely. Preferred Skills Familiarity with Housecall Pro, GoHighLevel, or similar service‑based CRMs. Experience supporting U.S.-based service or home maintenance companies. Schedule & Compensation Part‑time (20–30 hours/week) with potential to transition to full‑time. Work hours aligned with U.S. Mountain Time (MT). Competitive hourly rate, paid in USD.
