We are looking for ORACLE - Cloud - Lead, Remote in Brazil who wants to learn and transform his career.

Responsibilities
  • Oracle Cloud Financial Modules – Support
  • Issue resolution and fix
  • Collaborate and meeting with users to understand the issue
  • Work with Oracle on Service request
  • Work with Global Support team located in India and collaborate for smooth issue resolution
  • Period close activities
Must-Have
  • Broad experience in cloud implementations & support
  • Experience in leading Oracle cloud support project
  • Good understanding of global support model
  • Collaboration with end users and problem solving skill
  • Senior resources with hands-to-keyboard capabilities to configure Oracle Cloud (AP, PO, AR , GL, TAX, CM, FA, Collection Modules)
Good-to-Have
  • Able to work independently with customer
  • Agile way of working
