**MAIN PURPOSE OF THE POSITION**:
Understand the entire process of implementing a new product or process, supporting all necessary steps, from industrial tests to Start up.
Contribute to process improvements in the plant, working preventively to reduce losses and non-conformities.
**MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION**:
- Preparation of Recipes/Specifications in SAP: Preparation in SAP System of recipes and specifications of toothpastes, mouthwashes according to technical Bundle Book;
- Process Control Documents: Creation of manufacturing process documents and process control as well as data preparation for process control evaluation (Capability Studies in plant) ;
- Organization of Technology Transfer Documents. Organization, cataloging, preparation and control of Technology Transfer Documents, Process Control and Process Validation, such as: Technology Transfer Checklist; Change Control Documents; Risk Analysis for the implementation of new products and processes; Process Validation Process Protocol; Process Validation Process Report; Manufacturing Orders; SAP System Revenue and Specification Report; SAP system BOM report; FP&R Report ( Formula Performance Review); Statistical evaluation report; Technical Bundle Book; Final Product Specification.
- Investigation of failures and problems - Support in investigations and study of failures during the manufacture of products;
- Participation in plant tests (EMO) to support the plant to collect the necessary documents according to previously established requirements;
- Monitoring of new product processes (start up) or formula changes, as part of Process Validation.
