Internship Opportunity – Application Engineering & Business Operations

Are you an ambitious student looking to build a solid foundation in engineering, sales, and operations within a global tech company? Our internship program offers a unique two-year journey through key departments, giving you hands-on experience and professional growth in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

This two-year internship is designed for students in the Engineering field, with a strong interest in cross-disciplinary applications and who want to explore different areas of our business. You'll rotate through Application Engineering, Services, Sales, and Operations, gaining a 360° view of how we deliver innovation to our clients and a comprehensive insight into the exciting world of Metrology.

This hybrid position is based in our São Paulo office, near the Santo Amaro region.

Internship Responsibilities
During your time with us, you'll:

• Support the development of sales strategies
• Help identify new business opportunities
• Collaborate on commercial proposals
• Participate in meetings and training sessions related to sales and product applications
• Assist in equipment setup for demos and events
• Join client-facing activities such as trade shows and showroom presentations

Skills You'll Develop

• Basic training in metrology and product knowledge
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Understanding of sales and marketing concepts
• Proficiency with productivity tools and software

Qualifications

• Students currently enrolled in Engineering programs
• Must have at least two years remaining in their undergraduate studies, with an expected graduation date of December 2027 or later
• Curious, driven individuals ready to take on challenges and grow professionally
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Portuguese and English, as this role will collaborate with our global teams
• Spanish is a plus, given our operations across South America
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ability to create compelling presentations, business cases, and product documentation
