Labcorp Drug Development is a leading global drug development services company and we provide support to the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology industries.
We are recruiting for our Team in Latin America and we are currently seeking to hire a Sr CTL to work with global scope with focus in Americas.
This is a Permanent, full time, home based role
The Senior Clinical Team Lead (SCTL) is responsible and accountable for the driving the delivery of the clinical deliverable acting as the Clinical Project Management (CPM) role within the Core Team. The CTL is responsible for working cross functionally, within a matrix environment, to ensure successful execution of the trial including oversight of the clinical operations from a quality, timeline, budget and scope perspective. The Sr. CTL must have the potential ability to lead multiple CTLs on a large global trial or lead a complex trial independently.
Experience: Two (2) years experience as a CTL, Project Manager or an equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform key responsibilities of the job.
Preferred: - 2+ years CRA experience, on-site or in-house. - Global clinical project management experience.
Education/Qualifications/Certifications and Licenses Recommended: Required: - University/college degree (life science preferred) or certification in a related allied health profession (i.e. nursing, medical or laboratory technology) from an appropriately accredited institution.
Preferred: - Masters or other advanced degree. - PMP certification
