You will co-drive this journey with a dynamic and growing team that uses leading technology and works in a truly global setup to solve challenging problems, develop new business solutions and digital products:

  1. Data Architecture:
    1. Design and implement scalable and robust data architecture to support the organization's data needs.
    2. Develop and maintain data models, schema, and structures for optimal storage and retrieval.
  2. Value creation:
    1. Pragmatic data engineer who is able to link business expectations and data to create business value and to implement solutions.
    2. Find short term solutions to business challenges while keeping the long term picture in mind to create a data driven strategic asset.
  3. Data Management:
    1. Support / drive data management in a hands on manner to ensure data quality readiness for use in data enabled solutions.
  4. Development:
    1. Utilize relevant programming languages to build data solutions – including / building on necessary backend infrastructure.
  5. Data Quality and Governance:
    1. Support and enforce data quality standards.
    2. Collaborate with data stewards to ensure compliance with data governance policies.
  6. Monitoring and Troubleshooting:
    1. Monitor and troubleshoot data/digital solutions.
What we look for
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Over 7 years' experience as a Data Engineer or similar role in a B2B environment.
  • Proficiency in database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and developing business solutions based on data.
  • Experience in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) and big data technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills and openness to work in cross-functional teams in a global setting.
