**OVERVIEW**:
We are looking for an exceptional multidisciplinary individual to manage a growing portfolio of software and managed services receivables that include credit card processing, wallet payments, wire transfers in relations to SaaS services and development work. The **Payment Processing Strategist** is an executive level position that will require you to work with finance, marketing and development teams to strategize billing models and implement to ensure processes for collection and payments reclamation. You will work on the following software projects and related managed services:
- Emanage Development CRM
- CTRwow content management and funnel builder
- CXwow ecommerce customer service management
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Research, strategize and implement billing models and tests of billing models for SaaS
- Customize billing for key SaaS clients
- Analyze and report on profitability of billing models and custom plans
- Create and analyze reports relating to receivables, retention and customer growth
- Create SOPs for credit card and wallet payment processing reviews and audits
- Manage all aspects of referral fees in relation to payments and processing
- Work with accounting to ensure receivables from processors are audited and reviewed
- Report to C level on SaaS revenue, expenses, trends and receivables
- Ensure accurate and timely billings for managed services and invoiced software services
- Ensure functionality of online payment processing
- Effectively address and resolve billing issues with clients
- Maintaining and continuously improving procedures and processes for the AR function
- Reviewing audits and reports on credit card and wallet providers
- Ensuring high resolution of card and wallet processing approval rates
- Working to reclaim card or wallet declines
- Directly manage receivables of large SaaS clients
- Research for best in class billing models and assist to set up tests
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Solid understanding of accounts receivable and financial concepts
- Full understanding of credit card and wallet online payment processing
- Experience with managing billing models and receivables for SaaS
- 2 years or more experience working for a SaaS provider in finance or accounting
- Practical understanding of management reporting and creating reports
- Account billing, collections, and account resolution experience in a SaaS environment
- Solid understanding of accounts receivable and financial concepts
- Experience writing and preparing SOPs
