We are a leading Drum Motor (Motorized Pulley) manufacturer from China, focused on automated logistics, sorting, and conveying systems. As we accelerate our global strategy, we are looking for visionary Country Market Managers to establish and grow our presence in Brazil and other regions.

Local Expert: Based in Brazil with fluency in Portuguese and English (or Chinese). Deep understanding of the local business landscape is a must.

Industrial B2B Hunter: Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, dealing with large enterprises, System Integrators (SIs), and OEMs.

Entrepreneurial Spirit: A self-starter, highly motivated, and results-driven individual who thrives on challenges and building something new.

Big Plus: Background in logistics automation, conveying systems, intralogistics, MHE (Material Handling Equipment), or related industries is highly preferred.

1. Develop and execute the market entry and growth strategy.
2. Build and manage a network of distributors, SIs, and key end-users.
3. Conduct market analysis and provide strategic feedback to HQ.
4. Represent our brand at local industry events and tradeshows.
