Position Overview We are looking for a proactive, mid‑senior level Java developer who can navigate both technology and business contexts with ease, thrive in fast‑paced environments, and possess excellent communication skills. Responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain Java service and server applications using the Spring framework. Design and implement RESTful APIs and web services. Leverage Docker to containerize applications. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and contribute innovative ideas. Qualifications Java expertise and proven experience with the Spring framework. Experience in service/server development. Familiarity with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Proficiency in web development and REST API design. Docker experience. Advanced or fluent English skills. Knowledge of Azure EntraID, web security, or related domains is a plus. Having a MSc or PhD will be considered a plus. Compensation and Benefits Competitive compensation (in Reais – R$). International client projects meeting global standards.
