Data Management and Governance Specialist Join a dynamic team as we embark on a transformative journey to advance our organization's data governance capabilities. As a highly strategic Senior Data Management & Governance Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our data assets. About the Role: We are seeking an experienced professional with a deep understanding of data governance principles and practices to lead our data management efforts. Key Responsibilities: Mentorship: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective data governance frameworks. Program Execution: Drive the execution of data management programs to ensure trustworthiness, compliance, and accessibility of our data assets. Requirements: Experience working specifically within a formal Data Governance, Data Quality, or Master Data Management (MDM) program. Fluency in English for internal and external communication, documentation, and stakeholder meetings. Deep Governance Knowledge: In-depth, practical experience with implementing and operating data governance frameworks. Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of database structures, data warehousing concepts, ETL/ELT processes, and basic SQL for data analysis and validation. Tooling: Hands-on expertise with at least one leading Data Governance/Metadata Management tool.
