Job Description: The Business Development Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, fostering strategic partnerships, and ensuring seamless project execution. Supporting two senior leaders, this dual-function position involves collaborating with internal teams to drive partnership and business development initiatives while maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective partners. Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Partnership Management (80%): Identify and connect with potential partners aligned with the company's offerings, build and maintain strong relationships, draft partnership proposals, client communications, and supporting documents, and track performance metrics. Support for the Chief Growth Officer (20%): Maintain and update CRM tasks, follow-ups, and next steps, assist with scheduling meetings, calendar management, and coordinating sales activities, prepare meeting materials, agendas, and event-related documentation, and provide general administrative support.
