Come and be diverse with us; be part of our team What we expect you to have: Bachelor's degree completed Advanced English Experience in Distributor Management, and/or Sales Capability Development with proven success Experience in expanding new business using distribution channels Sales & Distribution Knowledge: Experience in sales management, organizational effectiveness, and best practices in route-to-market strategies Expert understanding of sales processes, distribution channels and market dynamics in the FMCG industry Expert understanding of building sales capability in teams What you will do: Lead the adoption, integration, and governance of the Distribution Excellence tools in all markets to drive excellent standards and best practice methods of managing distribution partners Act as a subject matter expert on the Distribution Excellence Programme Steering Group; lead and support the development of the DEX Academy content for learning pathways that drive the capability of commercial teams across international markets Provide coaching, training and support to international commercial/category teams, and where relevant distributor sales managers and representatives, to optimize their sales techniques, category expertise, and customer engagement strategies Work across priority markets to support the teams in conducting regular assessments for our existing and potential distributors, and conduct gap analyses to identify areas for improvement Develop and implement comprehensive sales capability development plans tailored to the specific needs of each distributor partner within international markets Business development: help local teams recruit new, suitable distribution partners in strategic locations and develop compelling business proposals to expand market reach and coverage Cross‑functional collaboration: work closely with internal teams such as RGMs, commercial teams, category/trade marketing managers, finance and HR to align on capability development goals and execute strategies effectively Build regular touchpoints and communication platforms to update the broader organization and monitor the progress and execution of the DEX principles Design and maintain the distributor excellence platform; the DEX HUB and the DEX Academy, for all DEX related tools, templates, contents, training materials, etc. Inclusion and Diversity: All positions at AB Mauri are open for application from everyone.
