Technical Solutions Consulting Manager, Security

**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in technical project management, stakeholder management, professional services, solution engineering or technical consulting, and 1 year of experience in technical leadership.
- 2 years of experience managing a team of technical professionals delivering tangible, impactful outcomes for customers.
- 1 year of experience technical troubleshooting and writing code in one or more programming languages.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Knowledge of one or more of the large public clouds with Security and Privacy focus.
- Knowledge of software development processes (e.g., CI/CD) and tooling.
- Understanding of software engineering, infrastructure, security, and privacy domains.
**About the job**: In this role, you will work closely with partner teams within Security and Privacy for Mergers, Acquisitions, and Alphabet (SPMA), Enterprise Infrastructure Protection (EIP), Enterprise Security (ES), and beyond, to build, maintain, and leverage executive-level partnerships with key Google Product Areas (PAs) and Bets to continuously improve the security posture of critical post-close Google acquisitions and bets.

- Manage a team responsible for delivering Technology solutions.
- Inspire, grow, and develop talent while providing and setting direction for the team.
- Lead effectively through impact and outcomes rather than tasks.
- Drive impactful outcomes collaborating with partner teams across the organization and across product areas.
