Your role

  • proactively map potential clients and transaction ideas

Your team

You’ll be working in the Mergers & Acquisitions Middle Market team in São Paulo at UBS BB. UBS BB is a Joint Venture between UBS, one of the largest banking institutions globally and Banco do Brasil, one of the largest banks in the country. As an Investment Banking Analyst, you’ll play an important role in the full cycle process of transactional execution including idea generation, preparing marketing pitches, reviewing and formulating financial analysis.

Your expertise

  • +3 years of prior experience in M&A as an investment banking, private equity, or corporate development analyst/associate
  • a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in finance, accounting, business administration, engineering or a related field.
  • solid financial analysis and modelling skills, including LBO and DCF valuation
  • great communication skills with the ability to interact with senior professionals, clients and key stakeholders
  • fluent in Portuguese and English, other languages will be considered as a plus
