- Prepare, process, and analyze data for operational and decision-making purposes
- Collaborate with teams to create valuable information and insights
- Validate and test data for accuracy and reliability
- Communicate complex analysis results to influence decision-making
- Support sales enablement activities, including customer master maintenance and account restructuring
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial operations or customer support
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, XLOOKUPs, and VLOOKUPs
- Experience with data entry and account updates in JDEdwards and Salesforce (SFDC)
- Skilled in handling MasterData and Valgensis
- Experience in sales enablement or related fields
- Familiarity with vendor credentialing processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
