Latam - Business Development Executive Digital Transformation, IT Solutions & Services - Brazil Employment Type: Full-time, remote (global) with occasional travel based on business demand. Position Profile: Build a sales pipeline and introduce & sell our product line to customers and prospects. Cultivate new business focused on medium to enterprise organizations, qualifying opportunities, managing the sales cycle, and partnering with technology partners. Duties & Responsibilities: Prospect for new business and upgrade existing clients Build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities Complete customer requirements analysis Identify pain points for prospects and accounts Communicate with technology partners Obtain and exceed assigned quota Prepare and update business plan Utilize sales reporting and manage territory Follow fulfillment processes and ensure accurate orders Provide product/service demonstrations and presentations online/on premise Oversee hand‑off from sales to services Maintain industry and competitive knowledge Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and P/I requests Attend and complete required training Use and understand solutions: Cloud, Application Development, Digital Transformation, Telecommunications, Development, Productivity, Business Intelligence, Digital Identity, Big Data, Data Storage, Data Security, Data Center Migration, IT Infrastructure Modernization, Network Monitoring & Management, POS, Enterprise Resource Planning, and more. Required Qualifications: Valid passport Native and fluent English speaking Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Minimum five years of experience in Technology Solutions Sales covering at least eight of our solutions/services Minimum five years managing an open territory for new sales Minimum five years of senior leadership and C‑Level relationship building Understanding of sales skills, techniques and complex solution selling Ability to achieve high sales volumes Minimum four recent Sales/Technical Certifications (Business Development / Pre‑Sales) Ability to work without direct supervision Professional, creative, dynamic presence and strong communication skills Commission Programs: Solutions, Services, Product, Renewal, Professional Services commissions.
