**About the Role**:
We are looking for a New Commercial Models & Partnership Lead - IM - SP to help us create and develop relationships with key stakeholders in the Brazilian health system to leverage and develop innovative projects in cardiology,
This role will work directly with the area: Value & Access
**Key responsibilities**:
- Identify key decision-makers and influencers within the HCS stakeholder group. Builds a strong relationship with decision-makers and influencers.
- Gain a deep understanding of HCS needs and opportunities for Novartis.
- Uncover key stakeholder issues and concerns.
- Partner with HCS stakeholders to drive innovation and identify opportunities to deliver long-term value for the ecosystem, society and Novartis.
- Service, support and align the cross-functional team. Set clear goals and expectations for x-team for each strategic item that requires action. Lead the dialogue for regular progress review and performance management.
- Embed Novartis product as part of the solution, drive positive product experiences to ensure bottom-up agreement of HCPs and other stakeholders.
- Design Innovation Lab for Health Systems with the development of a replicable methodology and ongoing support or ideation, innovation design and development of solutions to address the challenges identified.
- Describe the economic and health benefits to individuals and governments of a public health approach.
- Summarize the evidence for the cost-effectiveness of public health and prevention approaches, including the wider determinants of health.

**Role Requirements**
**Essential Requirements**
- Depth of experience and understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, processes, policies and governance model.
- Proven track record of building relationships and driving engagement with HCS stakeholder group.
- Successful development and execution of strategic plans relevant to the healthcare ecosystem.
- Visionary leaders with a deep understanding of healthcare issues and priorities at the country level.
- Ability to strategically coordinate efforts of cross-functional teams bringing the right expertise when is needed to develop integrated strategies and value proposition.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English, with deep experience in the local market
**Desirable Requirements**:
- Experience in Access area or Value Proposition.
