Role: Program Coordinator

  • Support academic staff and faculty with administrative tasks, course scheduling, and record-keeping.
  • Act as the primary contact for students, handling queries, technical issues, and administrative requests.
  • Monitor student enrollment and progress, offering guidance when needed.
  • Facilitate communication between academic staff and students to ensure prompt responses to queries.
  • Plan and coordinate events, seminars, and workshops to enhance student learning and engagement.
  • Liaise with tutors to ensure timely assessment and feedback delivery.
  • Maintain records, reports, and program-related documentation.

Key Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English (C1+), other languages are an asset.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in higher education.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with online learning management systems and educational technologies.
  • Demonstrated commitment to excellence in teaching and a passion for computer science education.
