What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Utilize established sales processes to convert competitive accounts to the employer's technology
- Conduct presentations and clinical assessments as part of the sales process
- Drive capital product sales within the assigned territory for Capnography solutions
- Develop and maintain relationships with clinical thought leaders to promote the value of the employer's solutions
- Organize user seminars and conduct annual business reviews with customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2+ years of successful hospital-based sales experience, specifically selling innovative technology solutions
- Proven success in selling medical devices to multiple decision-makers within a hospital setting
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead group presentations
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a history of managing customer interactions
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proven track record of selling innovative patient care solutions
- Experience in building clinical champions and selling in hospital environments
- Background knowledge in critical care or respiratory therapy credentials
- Familiarity with selling in various hospital departments, such as Cath Lab or Emergency Department
