Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in the Greater São Paulo Area. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for promoting and selling Dinofit Foods products, providing excellent customer service, and building and maintaining customer relationships. The role includes developing sales strategies, identifying new sales opportunities, and managing existing accounts. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will conduct training sessions for new team members and contribute to overall sales management efforts.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to conduct Training sessions for new team members
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the food industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
