We’re now scaling our commercial operations — and we’re looking for a Sales Specialist to help us go even further.

- The Role

As Sales Specialist , you’ll be responsible for the sales cycle , converting qualified leads into clients, optimizing our pipeline performance, and identifying strategic growth opportunities across BRAZIL.

You’ll work closely with the Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure that every conversation turns into real business impact.

- What You’ll Do
- Lead inbound and outbound sales processes in Brazil (discovery, demo, negotiation, close).
- Use CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.) to track, analyze, and improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality and conversion tactics.
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within existing client base.

- What You Bring
- 2+ years of sales experience ( SaaS / tech preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Passion for AI and Ecommerce.
