We’re now scaling our commercial operations — and we’re looking for aSales Specialistto help us go even further.The Role AsSales Specialist , you’ll be responsible forthe sales cycle , converting qualified leads into clients, optimizing our pipeline performance, and identifying strategic growth opportunities across BRAZIL. You’ll work closely with the Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure that every conversation turns into real business impact.️What You’ll Do Leadinbound and outbound sales processesin Brazil (discovery, demo, negotiation, close). Use CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.) to track, analyze, and improve conversion rates. Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality and conversion tactics. Identifycross-sell and up-sellopportunities within existing client base.✅What You Bring 2+ years of sales experience ( SaaS / tech preferred). Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
