Legal Manager na Ingredion - Be What's NextNa função de Legal Manager, você fará parte de um time de craques na área de Legal/Jurídico. Você ficará baseado em nosso escritório de São Paulo/SP e reportará para a Diretora Jurídica. Será responsável por gestão de nossas demandas comerciais, analisando contratos e negociações com clientes.Como parte do seu time de Legal, suas responsabilidades serão:- Elaboração, revisão e negociação de contratos comerciais e de parceiras estratégicas, tendo interação com stakeholders internos e externos da organização;- Apoio regulatório para consultas sobre mercado de alimentos e bebidas, bem como bens de consumo em geral;- Atuar com consultas sobre propriedade intelectual, avaliando as necessidades do negócio e mitigando possíveis riscos legais;- Contribuir para a pauta de meio ambiente e sustentabilidde, identificando medidas preventivas para evitar riscos para nossas Operações.Qual perfil buscamos?- Formação completa em Direito ou Ciências Jurídicas, com certificação da OAB;- Experiência em Direito Empresarial, em indústrias de alimentos, bebidas ou bens de consumo;- Falar inglês avançado é necessário para ser bem sucedido nessa função.Uma pessoa que tenha bons conhecimentos do negócio para atuar de maneira consultiva e estratégica, apoiando nossos parceiros internos.Uma pessoa que goste de colocar a mão-na-massa e tome a frente para solucionar problemas complexos.Uma pessoa com jogo de cintura e orientação a negócios para influenciar a tomada de decisão relevantes.Nosso site em São Paulo possui um ambiente amigável e moderno, no qual você pode desenvolver sua carreira profissional.
