As a senior headhunter, you will help us find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden. You will build trust with suitable candidates and inform them about the benefits of living and working in Sweden. You will be supported by a global team of recruiters, a Swedish executive management team, and a Swedish delivery management team handling relocation logistics.

Our clients are primarily in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development. You will collaborate with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam.

We fix everything for our employees – visa, work permits, tickets, housing arrangements, and more.

Responsibilities
  • Find engineers who are ready to relocate to Sweden and inform them about the benefits of living and working there.
  • Build trust with suitable candidates and manage the recruitment process end-to-end.
  • Coordinate with global recruiters, Swedish management, and relocation teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Plan and execute recruitment activities in collaboration with peers across multiple countries.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or similar technical experience.
  • A solid and well-proven network of local IT engineering talent.
  • Extremely service oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solution.
  • High quality standards and strong brand awareness.
  • Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing.
  • Upper-intermediate English.
  • Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies.
  • Analytical, well organized, detail-oriented, and capable of identifying and closing recruitment requests.
  • Self-confident, sociable, friendly, and highly motivated.
  • Resilient, able to handle rejection and persevere to achieve goals.
  • Passionate about success with a professional yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues, and customers.
  • Responsive and responsible with a presentable appearance.
Job Details
  • Location: Remote or from a co-location center of your choice.
  • Employment type: Full-time; long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur; minimum 12 months.
  • Hours: Eight hours per day, Monday to Friday.
  • Remuneration: Starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.
  • Benefits: Paid national holidays, 20 paid vacation days, paid travels, housing, and per diem.
