Apex Brands is seeking an experienced ecommerce conversion rate optimization specialist to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DTC ecommerce conversion rate optimization along with creative skills and a portfolio of work that demonstrates their passion for CRO, funnel design, research specifically in the ecommerce industry. Responsibilities include researching and analyzing heatmaps and data to hypothesize on funnels that can increase conversion rates from ads, working with UX/UI designers to create landing page funnels for e-commerce products and offers, creating A/B split-test ideas to improve conversion rates, and collaborating with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in conversion rate optimization or related field or 2-3 years of experience in conversion rate optimization SPECIFICALLY FOR E-COMMERCE, strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skills, and a strong understanding of AI and how to use it within the workplace to make your job easier.
