We are seeking a detail-driven professional to take on the role of Head of Quality Assurance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 30+ remote assistants and overseeing quality control of job applications. Key Responsibilities Build a Quality Assurance System: Audit current assistants to ensure they meet our high standards. Evaluate work quality, accuracy, speed, and compliance with our policies. Make informed decisions about who stays and who leaves the team. Create clear quality criteria and checklists to guide the team's performance. Ongoing Responsibilities: Implement regular quality audits and spot-checks to maintain a high level of performance. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track quality, speed, and customer satisfaction. Monitor quality metrics per assistant and identify areas for improvement. Review difficult cases with the team to ensure everyone is aligned. Hiring & Onboarding Design an effective hiring funnel that includes screening, test tasks, and interviews. Hire new assistants within the first 1-2 months to ensure a seamless workflow. Maintain a robust candidate pipeline to accommodate future growth. Automation & Technology Collaborate with the engineering team to identify opportunities for automation. Create clear requirements and tasks for developers to build custom solutions. Test and launch automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Team Management Distribute workload among assistants to optimize productivity and minimize burnout. Track KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure the team is meeting expectations. Handle escalations and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive work environment. Focus on motivation and team culture development to foster a sense of belonging and purpose. People Development Conduct selective one-on-one sessions to provide personalized feedback and coaching. Cultivate top performers by promoting them into leadership roles and creating internal career paths.
