As a CX Strategy Intern at Didi, you will have the chance to actively contribute to initiatives that shape our customer experience, touching the lives of millions of people every day. You'll work closely with a dynamic team, assisting in project planning, execution, and analysis, all while developing valuable skills in business strategy, data analysis, and customer experience management.
Role Responsibilities:
- Supporting the strategic planning cycle for all the different business units and global support functions withing the Customer Experience area at Didi (International Business Group).
- Assisting projects: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Preparing and maintaining project meetings and documentations, including reports, presentations, and meeting notes.
- Managing Data: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support project outcomes and strategy recommendations.
- Improving files and documentation to optimize processes and reduce errors.
- Helping to create presentations for stakeholder meetings, effectively communicating project updates and outcomes.
Role Qualifications:
- **Analytical Thinking**: Strong ability to analyze data and extract insights to guide project strategies (mandatory).
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaboration and presenting findings (mandatory).
- **Project Management**: Basic understanding of project management principles; familiarity with tools is a plus (mandatory).

- Currently pursuing a degree in **business, management, finance, or related fields** (plus).

- Previous internship or relevant experience in **project management or strategic roles** (plus).
