Team Intro Our Search Operations team supports our efforts to address objectionable or disturbing content which could include images of violence, animal cruelty, hate speech, violent extremism, or content that exploits or endangers children. The team plays a vital role in analysing user searches and search strategy optimization to ensure a positive and safe user experience for our community. To eliminate any doubt, this role involves reading, viewing, listening and examining user-generated content to ensure they comply with community guidelines. Content includes images, video, text related to every day life, but they can also include (but are not limited to) bullying, hate speech, child abuse, sexual assault, torture, bestiality, self-harm, suicide, murder. It is possible that this role will be exposed to harmful content on a daily basis. Responsibilities - Manage content operation and strategy optimization for search features, ensuring productivity and accuracy meet business requirements. - Prioritize quality and safety of content from the search side, deeply understanding and monitoring business progress to facilitate product function optimization. - Collaborate with supervising departments to optimize working standards and conduct relevant policy and SOP training. - Demonstrate effective cross-team communication skills and take ownership of project tasks. - Conduct regular assessments on search quality according to evaluation standards, providing feedback and suggestions for policy improvement. - Stay updated with search trends and algorithm changes, implementing adjustments as necessary for optimal search performance. - Undertake additional compatible and related responsibilities as required by the project.
