Global OperationsProduct Operations Specialist - ADSO Search Model Data**Location**:Sao PauloEmployment Type:RegularJob Code:A31854**Responsibilities**:**About The Team**:The Search-Model Data team at TikTok provides labeling services covering over 20 countries/regions and 18 languages. The team provides data labeling for training and testing of search models for various business segments, such as search ranking(user experience improvement), search recommendation, search ads, and search security(non-bottom line), helping to improve search results and optimize search ranking through efficient and accurate data labeling and professional analysis.**Responsibilities**:- Perform as the product operations role; Manage the operation of labeling projects that deliver training/testing data for machine learning models, with the ultimate goal of optimizing users' search results.- Work as the project owner, undertake various tasks during the project lifecycle, including but not limited to request undertake, project plan design, design quality and performance standards and assessing risks to proactively minimize the risk to ensure the project targets can be achieved.- Work closely with the global data service team on the project implementation, resource management, quality assurance and any optimization initiatives.- Conduct return on investment analysis and regular review based on the model performance of machine learning models, as well as driving optimizations on quality improvement, efficiency improvement and cost saving to achieve a higher project return on investment.- Foresee possible risks, prepare necessary risk management procedures and react to unexpected issues in a timely manner.**Qualifications**:**Minimum Qualification(s)**:- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience, advanced degree is preferred.- Work experience in search engines and social media platforms; Former experience in Search relevant business.- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in social media within a high-growth environment.- Fluent in Portuguese is required as the role requires communication with Portuguese speaking markets & stakeholders, as well as fluent in English is also required as it is the working language.**Preferred Qualification(s)**:- Proven experience in cross functional work and stakeholder management.- Experience in analysis and communication skills with a good sense of flexibility.- Solid experience in project management, project operation, or familiarity with users' Internet usage habits.Job InformationAbout ByteDance BrazilByteDance is a global incubator of platforms at the cutting edge of commerce, content, entertainment, and enterprise services - over 2.5 billion people interact with ByteDance products, including TikTok.Why Join UsInspiring creativity is at the core of TikTok's mission.
