Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Product Specialist based in São Paulo, SP, with opportunities to work from home. The Product Specialist will be responsible for understanding and promoting the company's product offerings. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with customers to address inquiries or provide support, conducting product presentations, and gathering feedback to enhance product performance. Collaborating with sales and technical teams, the Product Specialist will ensure tailored solutions are delivered to meet client needs. Additionally, the role involves analyzing market trends to help identify growth opportunities and refine product strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in product specialization and familiarity with product management processes
  • Excellent analytical skills for problem solving and market trend analysis
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interface with clients and internal teams
  • Experience in customer service and relationship management for identifying and resolving client issues
  • Sales experience with a proven ability to promote and advocate for products
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setup with a partial onsite and remote working model
  • Proficiency in Portuguese; English proficiency is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
