Role Overview:

As a Product Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping product strategies, driving market positioning, and supporting regional initiatives for New Equipment (NE). This position blends strategic analysis with hands-on execution to ensure our products meet customer needs and stand out in the market.

On a typical day, you will:

• Support the development and execution of marketing plans for NE across Brazil.
• Analyze market trends and competitor insights to guide product strategies.
• Adapt global strategies to regional needs and manage implementation of global projects.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify new product opportunities and build business cases.
• Drive campaigns, promotions, and product packages, ensuring alignment with regional goals.
• Monitor sales performance and follow up on product-related actions with regional teams.
• Develop training materials and support tools to enhance product knowledge and efficiency.
• Work closely with Sales Enablement and Digital Marketing to optimize product visibility online.
• Create business cases, prioritize projects, and translate customer demand into actionable strategies

What You Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Fluent in English
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical and project management skills; experience with Power BI is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively across regions and influence stakeholders.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset.
• 3-4 years of experience
