Job Summary :

  • Product Sales Specialist, focused on HME Sales based in São Paulo and reporting to the Head of Sale, ensuring compliance with the sales target, maximizing revenue and profit in accordance with the sales strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish an effective sales strategy specific to each client by analyzing market trends and maximizing profits in the respective customer area.
  • Identify the needs of the customer in the respective area to establish a sales strategy to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Make mid- to long-term forecasts for the customer's business and analyze its correlation with the corporate business in order to establish and execute mid- to long-term objectives.
  • Identify the supply/demand management and SCM Needs for each client and respond in a timely manner to achieve the sales target.
  • Obtain a solution for customer-related issues and establish a long-term partnership with customers based on trust to continuously expand business models."

Skills and Qualifications :

  • University degree (completed), preferably in courses related to the Business area;
  • Experience in Sales in HME segment, with good commercial understanding and solid analytical skills;
  • Interpersonal and commercial skills (ability to mobilize people, ease of working in a team);
  • Languages: English (intermediate above);
