Senior Specialist, Products and Solutions

Overview
The Security Solutions team is looking for a Senior Analyst Product and Services to drive our security and solutions product strategy forward by innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the products, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.

Role

  • Supports teams on the development of products and solutions by sharing knowledge of products, services, or platform capabilities within their defined market and/or segment.
  • Works with internal Mastercard teams to support the development of the CSC value proposition by analyzing customer needs and issues, and providing expertise on Mastercard's platforms, products and services.
  • Analyzes market trends and customer needs and communicates the latest customer needs and opportunities to contribute to client solutioning.
  • Tracks progress and reports on project plans and roadmaps.
  • Supports development of internal knowledge documents, such as case studies and industry best practices
