Agile Release Train Engineer Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Agile Release Train Engineer to lead and coordinate cross-team efforts within a scaled Agile environment. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional who thrives in complex delivery ecosystems and is passionate about driving Agile excellence across multiple teams. The ideal candidate will have experience as an RTE or similar Agile leadership role, with a deep understanding of SAFe Agile principles and practices. They will facilitate cross-team coordination and alignment across Agile Release Trains (ARTs), drive continuous improvement and Agile maturity across the organization, and support PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and other SAFe ceremonies. This role requires strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-team environment. Requirements SAFe Agile certification is mandatory. Proven experience in Agile leadership roles. Exceptional communication skills in English. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
