**Position Overview**:**Key Responsibilities**:- Administer and support Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence for internal teams- Design, configure, and maintain custom workflows, automation rules, permission schemes, and integrations- Manage onboarding/offboarding processes, user roles, and license usage- Liaise with vendors and partners for upgrades, troubleshooting, and new feature adoption- Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to power users and stakeholders- Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 tenant including Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Entra- Manage user identities, mailboxes, group policies, and M365 security controls- Support data governance, DLP policies, retention rules, and audit compliance- Work with the Security team to ensure secure access using tools like Conditional Access and MFA- Create and maintain scripts (eg. PowerShell) to automate user lifecycle and license management- Support administration and integration of additional SaaS platforms such as HR Tools, Collaboration Tools and Financial Tools- Coordinate with teams to roll out new systems or optimize existing platforms- Document procedures and create internal knowledge base articles- Implement automation for routine admin tasks using tools like Power Automate**Requirements**:- Degree in ICT or related field- Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Entra) Atlassian Jira and Confluence administration- The above duties provide a generic description of the Employee’s day to day responsibilities but should in no way be deemed to be an exhaustive list.
