Lead Project Management Specialist

Lead Project Management Specialist – Project Staff The Lead Project Management Specialist – Project Staff will be responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources. Responsibilities Facilitating customer transactions, order management, and overall customer service for the valves business. Owning the wing-to-wing project valves lifecycle phases, including participation in quoting, order entry, order fulfillment, post-shipment, and overall customer issues resolutions. This includes but not limited to reviewing and providing recommendation on customer requirements to assure compliance and/or noted exceptions on quotations / purchase orders. Working in close partnership with sales teams on customer and order related issues. Managing and resolving commercial and technical risks, including resolving pricing issues, and technical clarifications as needed. Managing hold orders and maximizing on-time delivery through constant communication and prioritization of the shop fulfillment. Coordinating customer technical documentation requirements fulfilment, in close collaboration with Engineering and Documentation Center of Excellence (Doc COE). Coordinating customer quality requirements fulfilment, in close collaboration with Quality and Commodity Teams, as well as peer factory PMs. Coordinating customer witness inspections in close collaboration with Quality and peer factory PMs. Managing invoicing and dispute resolutions, in close collaboration with Finances, Collections and Cash-Application teams. Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal tax regulations. Collaborating with leadership for all necessary process improvements. Supporting Brazilian and other LATAM Channel Partner orders. Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with expressive experience in global Oil & Gas / industrial organizations and some experience in Customer facing or Project Management roles in Oil and Gas or Power related industries). Expertise on Project Management. Working knowledge of SAP ERP system. Proficient in English and Portuguese. PMI Certification is a plus.
