Job Description

As a Monitoring Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our network. This includes monitoring system status, recording key performance indicators, and handling anomalies according to standard procedures.

  1. System Operation Status Monitoring: Regularly check system availability and user online status through our web interface. When issues arise, follow established protocols to resolve them promptly.
  2. Base Station Inspection and Fault Handling: Utilize automated tools to inspect base stations and send daily fault reports to regional experts via email. If a fault cannot be resolved, escalate it to the maintenance team.
  3. Technical Support: Respond to technical inquiries from NRTK specialists and users within 30 minutes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. A high school degree or higher, with no specific major requirements. At least one year of experience in customer service, after-sales, technical support, or related fields.
  2. Excellent English reading and writing skills.
  3. Proficiency in using office software, including Word, Excel, and email.
  4. Preferred work experience in software operations and maintenance.
