**Job title**: Recruiting Sourcer**Location**:Remote**Comp range**:Avg. $10 USD per hour**Employment Type**: Freelance/Independent Contractor- If you want to grow your recruiting/sourcing experience, Pareto is the place for youyou’ll enjoy the flexibility of remote work, paired with the ability to help hire for the most innovative startups in North America. _**Required**:- Available a minimum of 10 hours per week- 2+ years of sourcing only experience or at least 1 year of recruiting/sourcing experience- Strong research skills- Ability to meet deadlines- Boolean search experience- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Experience using Google Sheets/Excel, messaging tools such as Slack, and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn- You are consistent in communications and delivery- You can meet deadlines despite external circumstances- You are detail-oriented and well-organized- You thrive in a remote work environment- You have a GSD (Get Stuff Done) attitude- You have a FSO (Figure Stuff Out) work ethic**On the job**:**Job Type**: Contract
