Enablement Process & Curriculum Operations Manager This role oversees the operational backbone of our internal training systems, documentation structure, and methodology governance. The Enablement Process & Curriculum Operations Manager ensures consultants follow structured learning paths, have access to accurate materials, and that methodologies remain organized and up-to-date. To achieve this, they maintain a single source of truth for internal processes, training curricula, templates, and onboarding structures. This involves ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned with our strategic goals, and that our methodologies (SVS, FUSE GTM, consulting workflows) remain relevant and effective. A key aspect of this role is identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the overall enablement process. The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, be able to analyze complex data, and provide actionable insights to drive business growth.
