**Full Job Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Understand the AP function with experience with Inventory, Cost of Goods Sold and Fixed Assets.
- Provide a service focused on the accurate and timely generation of Purchasing data for our hardware/software business using the relevant systems and the handling of queries associated with invoicing.
- Provide the monthly reconciliation function of all supplier invoices related to the HSP practice.
- Complete regular reporting as required.
- Perform a variety of other tasks as they arise relating to Hardware/Software practice.
- Work closely with the Finance Team and supervisors to set procedures that ensure error free on time invoice generation.
- Follow the key internal controls in place to ensure invoices that are processed are accounted for accurately.
**Required Background and Skills**:
- Secondary Education completed.
- Minimum 4-5 years' experience in a similar role.
- High level of attention to detail, mathematical & logical skills.
- Demonstrate initiative together with solid verbal & written communication skills.
- High level of accounting knowledge and skills.
- High level of competency in reconciliations and investigations.
- Ability to work independently.
- Numerical capability.
