Job Description

As a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Administrator, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions and ensuring compliance. This pivotal role involves overseeing accounting functions, handling accounts payable and receivable, and conducting audits. You will also collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and provide administrative support in financial matters.

Financial Management and Reporting

You will oversee accounting functions, ensuring accuracy in records and reports. Conduct financial reporting and analysis for the management team, handle accounts payable and receivable, conduct regular audits, and maintain financial records. Provide recommendations for continuous improvements in financial processes and monitor and report on financial metrics specific to various company divisions.

Accounting Software Proficiency

Manage company transactions in accounting software (Xero), ensure reconciliation of bank, credit card, and Payprop transactions, and handle VAT returns and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Manage accounts receivable and payable functions, oversee the payroll function, coordinating with the payroll department, and prepare monthly financial statements (P+L and Balance Sheets) and ensure the accuracy of all accounting documents.

Collaboration and Communication

Work closely with the management, administration teams, and the company's chartered accountants. Build relationships for the betterment of the company, provide strategic financial input, and effectively communicate financial information to stakeholders.

  • Strong proficiency in accounting software (Xero) and Google Suite of products.
