Key Responsibilities:- Conduct client evaluations, researching credit records and preparing loan package documentation.
- Engage in data entry tasks, progressing to the generation of documents for signing.
- Set up bookmark logins for convenient access.
- Input data into the loan processing system.
- Collect and prepare all necessary documentation for the loan package.
- Research applicant credit status and current financial position.
- Prepare and maintain paperwork for existing and new loans, including loan disclosures.
- Complete loan contracts and ensure clients are informed of rules and requirements.
- Work with clients to establish needs and recommend suitable loan types.
- Submit files to the designated Underwriter.
- Bachelor's degree in finance or relevant field.
- 1-2 years' experience as a Loan Processor (can be taught by the client if only 1 year of experience).
- Administrative experience.
- Proficiency in basic data entry, document generation, and Excel usage.
- Understanding of bank borrowing capacity calculators.
- Familiarity with Microsoft tools, particularly cloud-based software.
- In-depth knowledge of closing procedures, loan processes, and documentation.
- Good understanding of banking computer software and MS Office.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities with outstanding time management skills.
